Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources – 4 Openings 

  • Family Peer Support Specialist- System of Care Grant - Family Peer Support Specialists are needed to work with youth and families in Forrest, Jones, and Marion Counties as part of a four-year grant. This position is full time and the work hours are M-F, 8a-5p. Some after hours and on-call responsibilities required. These positions have a projected hire date of October 1, 2017.
  • Youth Peer Support Specialist- System of Care Grant Youth Peer Support Specialists are needed to work with youth and families in Forrest, Jones, and Marion Counties as part of a four-year grant. Must be a youth ages 18-27 who identifies as a consumer or former mental health consumer. This position is full-time and the work hours are M-F, 8a-5p. Some after hours and on-call responsibilities required. These positions have a projected hire date of October 1, 2017.
  • Peer Support Specialist- Mobile Crisis Team- Ellisville - A Peer Support Specialist is needed to work on Mobile Crisis Response Team. This position is based in Jones County but will serve clients in the nine (9) counties of the Pine Belt. This position is part-time and the work hours vary.
  • Peer Support Specialist-AOT Team- Hattiesburg/ Ellisville PBMHR has an opening for a Peer Support Specialist to work with a new program in Forrest and Jones County focusing on assisted outpatient treatment (AOT). This position requires on-call duties. Both positions are full-time, and the work hours vary.
