Request for Quotes, Consumer Satisfaction Survey (Expired)

The Bureau of Community Services (BCS) within the Department of Mental Health is responsible for the administration of state and federal funds utilized to develop, implement and expand a comprehensive continuum of services for adults with serious mental illness and children with serious emotional disturbance. This includes crisis response as well as access to care and training to assist with the care and treatment of persons with Alzheimer’s disease/other dementia.

DMH seeks to contract with a single vendor to assist the BCS by conducting the Mississippi Department of Mental Health Consumer Satisfaction Survey to fulfill requirements of the Community Mental Health Services Block Grant (MHBG) award. Invitation for Bids, Compliance Monitoring for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Final Rule Regarding HCBS Settings (Revised 4/4/18)

The MS Department of Mental Health (DMH) seeks to contract with one vendor as an independent contractor to serve as interviewers to determine ID/DD Waiver and IDD Community Support Program provider compliance with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) issued regulations (Final Rule). These regulations are designed to ensure people receiving long-term services and supports through home and community based services (HCBS) programs have full access to the benefits of community living and the opportunity to receive services in the most integrated setting. Youth Leadership Services for the Crossover XPand System of Care (SOC) Project  (This RFQ is now expired)

The Mississippi Department of Mental Health (DMH) seeks to contract with one vendor as an independent contractor to provide youth leadership services for DMH’s Crossover XPand System of Care (SOC) project. The Crossover XPand SOC project is proposing to expand current and graduated System of Care (SOC) programs in two jurisdictions served by Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources and Weems Community Mental Health by prioritizing underserved children and youth who are involved in the child welfare/advocacy system and/or the juvenile justice system, referred to as “crossover youth,” and those at risk for becoming crossover youth, and their families.
