Auditor II (Time Limited)

This is a time-limited (NS-14) position in the Audit/Grants Division at the Central Office within the Mississippi Department of Mental Health. The position’s primary responsibility is to review grants and auditing programs, process cash requests, and conduct outside audits within the scope of review in conjunction with the Audit Director to determine compliance with DMH policies and procedures and other audit duties as assigned. Program Specialist Supervisor (Non-State Service)

This is a non-state service supervisory/managerial position. This position serves as Director of the Intellectual Disabilities/Development Disabilities (ID/DD) Waiver program. The MS Department of Mental Health is the operating agency for the ID/DD Waiver with administrative oversight through the MS Division of Medicaid. The program Director collaborates closely with the Division of Medicaid in developing and implementing program policy for ID/DD Waiver services. The ID/DD Waiver Director is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the program including the enrollment process and service delivery through DMH-certified providers in adherence to State and Federal regulations. The ID/DD Waiver Director manages and supervises staff within the Division of ID/DD Waiver to ensure person-centered practices, collect data for performance measures, identify training needs, and continue quality improvement. Deputy Director – Tier III (Non-State Service)

This is a non-state service senior-level supervisory/managerial (X-16) position. This position assists the Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director of the Mississippi Department of Mental Health in the programmatic operations of the agency. Under the supervision of the Deputy Executive Director of Behavioral Health Services, the Chief Clinical Officer of Mental Health Services works with the agency’s leadership team to provide guidance on clinical operations. Program Specialist III (State Service)

This position is available in the MS Department of Mental Health (DMH) within the Bureau of Behavioral Health Services and Division of Children and Youth Community Mental Health Services.
